Sidra Rehman is a Solicitor in our Property Law department acting for both individual and corporate clients in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions and has acted for individuals, local businesses and corporate clients, including managing a portfolio of residential properties for a local authority. Sidra has been a qualified solicitor since 2016, having studied Law at University of East London (LL.B).
Her residential transaction expertise includes but not limited to sale, purchases, stair-casing, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, right to buy schemes etc. with the assistance of mortgages, involving Islamic finance and help to buy equity loans.
Sidra also holds strong commercial property experience, dealing with a wide range of commercial transactions including sales/purchases of business premises with goodwill and transactions.
Sidra takes pride in the strong rapport and relationship she builds with her clients, and is always praised for her calm and pragmatic approach to any transaction, regardless of the complexity of the matter.
When she is not working, Sidra likes to travel, read and enjoy time with family and friends.
